Location: Birmingham
Our client, a global bank are currently recruiting for multiple Business Analysts within Transformation projects in Birmingham, Sheffield and Leeds locations.
The role of the Business Analyst is to lead and be accountable for the definition of the analysis approach for large transformational programmes.
WHAT'S ON OFFER:
RATE: £350-£450 PER DAY
LOCATION: BIRMINGHAM
CONTRACT: 6 MONTHS
Your responsibilities will include:
* Define the most appropriate analysis approach to a problem/opportunity and lead a multi skilled team to achieve the required goal
* Elicit, analyse, validate, document and prioritise business and / or system requirements.
* Develop and deploy standardised operational processes across the region. Perform root cause analysis of failure elements & recommend improvements.
* Perform financial analysis by understanding the link between changes in systems and business processes to costs and benefits
* Define the solution design for non-technology projects and support IT with definition of the technology elements
* Develop User Acceptance Test strategies and plans and support customer sign-off for the deliverable ensuring product is fit for purpose
