Your main task:
You will need to receive calls from our customers and process orders.
Skills / Education and Attributes Required:
- Previous Call Centre experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening skills and a personable approach.
- Good administrative skills and with an attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
- Previous experience working within the financial services marketplace or regulated environment (desirable).
