HR Business Partner - Munich. New and exclusive to eMagine, my client is one of the fastest growing technology companies globally and due to growth and expansion they are hiring for a HR Business Partner for their Munich Operations. We are looking for someone with a generalist HR (Human Resources) background, including but not limited to Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits (Rewards), Training and Development and Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment. The role has a big scope, handling more than 250+ employees across 5 European Countries (Germany, France, Austria, Belgium, Sweden). Please note you must be an Advanced German speaker. This role would be perfect for a HR professional who wants to expand their knowledge and take a leadership position within Germany and help to grow the business globally with a view of becoming a HR Manager within the next 3 years.
